The Perfect Gift Exhibit

Description: Offers the perfect opportunity to find the ideal holiday gift for everyone on your list.

LAC invites you to submit up to FIVE pieces of ORIGINAL artwork in any media for our Perfect Gift Exhibit. Each painting is considered the "perfect" gift because it is no bigger than 12"x 12", making these beautiful pieces ideal presents for the art lovers in your life!!

All work must be finished and completely dried. 2D work cannot exceed the measurement of 12"x12" and must be properly presented. Wrapped canvases are acceptable, however NO sawtooth hangers. Artwork MUST have been created within the past two years, and not previously shown at the LAC.

Drop Off Artwork-November 1-November 4-10am-3pm
Exhibition Dates-November 7-January 2
Reception Date-Tuesday, November 7-6pm-8pm
Pick-Up Artwork-January 3, 2018-January 6, 2018-10am-3pm

Submission of Artwork-November 1-November 4-10am-3pm
Please drop off your work at the Latrobe Art Center. All work must be labeled with the following: 1. Name; 2. Title of Painting; 3. Media; 4. Price
Labels can be placed on the back of the paintings. When you arrive at the Latrobe Art Center you will fill out an inventory sheet. Seth and Trevor will be here to help you sign in and take photos of your artwork for the website. All work will be published online!

Members may submit up to 5 pieces of artwork
All LATROBE ART CENTER MEMBERS
are invited to participate for FREE, however your membership must be current.
Non-Members Fee-$25
Non-Members may submit up to 3 pieces of original artwork
Non-Members
 can participate for an entry fee of $25. If you are NOT a member and would like to become part of our family, please contact the Art Center at 724-537-7011. These are wonderful opportunities for you to showcase your artwork year-round!

Description: Creative, fun and unique awards will be presented at our holiday opening reception on Tuesday, November 7, 2017. The Judges will be Santa and his Elves. It's going to be a great kick off to the Holiday Season!

Mister Rogers Neighborhood Paint-Out in Latrobe

Attention Artists! Latrobe Art Center invites you to spend the weekend painting Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. Artists are free to choose their location within the Latrobe boundaries. Maps and Directions to FAVORITE locations will be available.

Inclement Weather....DON'T WORRY....
there will be a list of covered locations.

Latrobe Art Center is open from 8am-5pm daily. Please remember Ricolita's Café inside the Center. The Café offers cold and hot drinks along with salads, fruits, and a full breakfast and lunch menu. Call ahead, Eat in or Take out!

Saturday, October 21, 2017-10am-12pm

Drop off your paintings. The Latrobe Art Center staff will hang the show. Please remember all paintings must be framed and prepared for hanging in order to be part of the exhibit. Wrapped Canvases are acceptable.

Saturday, October 28th, 2017-12pm-3pm
Neighborhood Exhibit and Sale

The public will be encouraged to come and meet the Plein Aire Painters, view the beautiful show and purchase a piece of art. The paintings will be on display until August 5, 2017.
